1. Dov'è il mio ordine?

You can track the status of your order at any time by logging in to your account.

Once shipped, a tracking link is provided in the delivery confirmation email sent to your email address and becomes active within 24 hours. You can also find a personalised delivery estimate in the email, so please allow up to this date for your order to arrive.

2. Come posso ricevere un campione?

Once your order is placed and paid for, it will automatically be validated and sent to print unless you select the Professional Review option. It means that without the Professional Review option, is impossible to change / edit your order once it is validated. Nevertheless, don't hesitate to contact our customer service team at Our agents will be happy to check if they can do anything to help.

3. Quali sono i tempi di produzione e consegna?

Our turnaround times combine our production time and delivery time. They are based on Monday to Friday working days.

4. Come faccio ad utilizzare il mio codice sconto?

Order a personalised sample of any card, customised with your photos and text before placing a final bulk order. To order a personalised sample, choose your card design, personalise it in the personalisation tool, and select the quantity ""Sample"" in your basket.

Free standard delivery is applied to all personalised sample orders, you pay only the price of the card unless you use the discount code EPCARDFREE in your basket to order your sample for free. After placing your order, your personalised card can be found in your account, under “My orders”. You will be able to reorder that same card for the quantity of your choice, whenever you like, without having to personalise the card again.

Please note: your personalised sample is stamped & posted to you in a free white envelope. If you choose to order your card with a coloured envelope, the sample will be placed into the coloured envelope and then inserted into a larger envelope and posted to you. Personalised sample cards are sent via standard post, without tracking.
